Listen to sad music and just let your self wallow in sorrow and selfpitty. Make up pictures in your head of all the mess in the world an so forth. If you are afraid you can&#039;t stop once you start to cry, I can promise you that you will stop. After an hour or two you probably have headace and your eyes look like meatloaf. But it&#039;s really good letting the grief out - by crying! I use to have a &quot;cry-night&quot; about once a year to get rid of pressure inside me which has been built up. It&#039;s a khatarsis! A purifying bath! Trust me, it will work!</description>

Exercise.  There is nothing wrong with you that will kill you.  Get up and get moving.  Quit worrying about the little stuff.  Start walking.  First 15 minutes, then 30, then an hour every day.  Don&#039;t take any weenie excuses off of yourself about how it&#039;s too cold - put on a coat and gloves and get walking.  After 30 days you WILL feel better. Add more exercise like weight lifting, crunches, or an exercise video later.  Focus on your progress, not the little stuff you think is wrong with you.</description>
