The only way you can get rid of oral candida is by using an antifungal mouth rinse. Alcohol, vinegar and peroxide are not antifungals and will probably only get rid of it temporarily. Go to your doctor and get the prescription!

I think what you have is callled thrush mouth and the only thing I know of that will cure it is called gentian violet and it is a messy and colorful cure. It is just what it says it is violet colored and it stains everything it touches. But it does work with just one application.
My son had it when he was a baby and it cleared it right up but he looked like a purple magic marker had exploded in his mouth for a while.
But no, not eating certain foods won’t cure you, you have to get treatment to get cured. You have my sympathy because I know you must be miserable!

There is a prescription medication that your doctor can call in to the pharmacy for you. You swish it around in your mouth then spit it out. I have had to use it when I have gotten that condition from taking antibiotics! The medicine really works!
