Yes I have. I did a herbal cleanse, liquids only, for 8 days which was supposed to get rid of muccoid plaque. It made no real difference.

I did the liquid detox, but only for 5-7 days; more than that can be deadly. Even that is a stretch but you can make it happen.

I was a straight up “B” after the 1st day, but I prayed and continued my fast. I lost like 20 pounds in a month and it was a great kick start to my new lifestyle

No those cleanses scare me.

A great way to cleanse naturally is cut out milk, dairy and sodas. Don’t eat desserts or high sugar foods and concentrate on getting more fruit and veggies into your diet. That will help emmensely!
