Active yogurt cultures are helpful; this I know for a fact.  Never heard the fiber idea but I guess it couldn&#039;t hurt as fiber kind of grabs everything and takes it along out of the gastrointestinal tract.  Interesting.  Maybe my high fiber intake is why I don&#039;t get yeast infections except when I take antibiotics.  I imagine that increased water intake would be a good idea too.  Along with hygiene measures.</description>
