For vaginal infections – dip your tampon in plain, unsweetened yogurt and then insert it. Repeat the procedure twice a day until you stop experiencing yeast infection symptoms. If you have yeast infection in other areas, apply yogurt to the surface of the skin for about 10 to 15 minutes every day. yogurt can also act as a preventative measure if you consume it on a daily basis.
